The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Human Resources, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the commerce and industry sectors
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Source, screen and place high-caliber Human Resources professionals, primarily focusing on all levels of experience from part-qualified roles to Director level.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy registration to placement
- Contribute to our sales growth strategy across the Midlands region
