The Opportunity
We\βre seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm desk with an established client portfolio. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a role where the foundations are already in place, allowing you to leverage existing relationships while developing new opportunities using your professional judgement and market expertise.
What You\βll Be Doing
- Managing and developing relationships with an established client base of Private Practice firms and in-house legal teams
- Conducting candidate searches across all practice areas and seniority levels
- Building your personal brand and network within the legal market
- Engaging in soft-touch business development, focusing on relationship building rather than hard selling
- Using your recruitment instincts to identify and pursue profitable opportunities across multiple geographies and practice areas

- Proven experience in legal recruitment or broader professional services recruitment
- Strong relationship-building skills and natural networking ability
- Commercial awareness and the ability to spot market opportunities
- Self-motivated with excellent judgement and decision-making skills
