The Opportunity

We\’re seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm desk with an established client portfolio. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a role where the foundations are already in place, allowing you to leverage existing relationships while developing new opportunities using your professional judgement and market expertise.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with an established client base of Private Practice firms and in-house legal teams
  • Conducting candidate searches across all practice areas and seniority levels
  • Building your personal brand and network within the legal market
  • Engaging in soft-touch business development, focusing on relationship building rather than hard selling
  • Using your recruitment instincts to identify and pursue profitable opportunities across multiple geographies and practice areas

  • Proven experience in legal recruitment or broader professional services recruitment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and natural networking ability
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to spot market opportunities
