The Role

As a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-value technical positions. You\’ll work closely with clients implementing cloud migrations, building robust infrastructure, and developing modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Working with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and create effective recruitment strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates in the Cloud and Infrastructure space. Managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining our high standards of service. Identifying and approaching passive candidates through various channels. Negotiating offers and managing the placement process end-to-end.
