The Role
As a Senior IT Contract Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in both business development and contractor management within our thriving wealth management practice. You'll be responsible for:
- Sourcing, placing and managing IT contractors for transformation projects across wealth management firms, private banks, and investment platforms
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in wealth management institutions
- Managing a portfolio of contractors working on system installation, upgrades, customisation and maintenance projects
- Conducting weekly check-ins with contractors to ensure project satisfaction and client delivery
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base
- Contributing to our team's revenue targets and business growth
