The Role

As a Senior IT Contract Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in both business development and contractor management within our thriving pensions practice. You'll be responsible for:

  • Sourcing, placing and managing IT contractors for transformation projects across pension funds, providers, and administrators
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in pension institutions
  • Managing a portfolio of contractors working on system installation, upgrades, customisation and maintenance projects
  • Conducting weekly check-ins with contractors to ensure project satisfaction and client delivery
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base
  • Contributing to our team's revenue targets and business growth
