Role Overview: They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or senior recruitment consultant who is looking for the next stage in their career, who will be responsible for strategic leadership, team development, and driving business performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the Birmingham branch, developing and implementing growth strategies
