Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to advance your career with one of the North East's most respected financial recruitment firms? We're seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Newcastle office.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with accounting & finance firms across the North East region
- Focus on permanent placements from newly qualified through to Partner level
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement
- Build your own portfolio while working with an established client base
- Contribute to the team's growth strategy and potential to mentor junior consultants
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in accountancy & finance recruitment, with at least 2 years' experience
- Strong network within the North East accounting & finance sector
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
- Commercial acumen and deep understanding of the accountancy market
- Self-motivated with a consultative approach to recruitment
