The Role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with accounting & finance firms across the Midlands region
- Focus on permanent placements from newly qualified through to Partner level
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement
- Build your own portfolio while working with an established client base
- Contribute to the team's growth strategy and mentor junior consultants
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in public practice recruitment, with at least 3 years' experience
- Strong network within the Midlands' accounting & finance sector
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
- Commercial acumen and deep understanding of the accountancy market
- Self-motivated with a consultative approach to recruitment
