The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-level executive positions, from business development to successful placement.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Source and engage senior-level candidates through various channels
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments
  • Manage the recruitment process from brief to placement
  • Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates

The Ideal Candidate

We welcome applications from recruitment professionals with varying experience and industry specialisms, provided you can demonstrate:

Location & Work Arrangement

Based in our modern Leeds city centre office. Full-time, office-based role (5 days/week). Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Extended lunch breaks for gym-goers.
