About the Role: You will build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates in the SAP ecosystem, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to successful placement. This is an opportunity to become an expert in one of technology's most lucrative and stable markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their SAP recruitment needs and providing consultative hiring solutions.
  • Source high-caliber SAP professionals through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our extensive global database.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial client contact through to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to fulfill cross-border placement opportunities.
  • Stay current with SAP market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential - we will provide comprehensive training.
  • Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
