£££££££Basic salary up to £22,000 plus bens depending on experience

Their management style is fair, open and honest with no micro-management; instead they trust and empower our consultants. Training and support is always there from management, and one-to-ones take place on a weekly basis and appraisals on a quarterly basis.

Our client is looking for a successful candidate who can be instrumental in sourcing quality candidates for live job vacancies within the business.

You will be given all the tools you need to succeed such as ability to search our internal database for registerd candidates registered and the use of external job boards to advertise roles and CV search. Full training and on-going support is provided.

You will work towards weekly targets around

Quality of candidates sourced and internal interviews booked
CVs sent to clients
Interview to placement ratio’s

The successful person will have some or all of the following

Ideally some experience in a fast paced recruitment role as a resourcer or similar fast paced, target driven environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will spend a lot of time on phone so someone with previous volume telephone experience is essential

High emotional intelligence and gut instinct

The ability to draw on previous experience demonstrated around persistence, resilience, positivity and drive

A consistent work history
