Recruitment Resourcer – Specialist Sector – Leeds – must be ambitious and want to evolve into a Recruitment Consultant role

    Our client is looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer who would like the opportunity to train into a Recruitment Consultant. You should already be working as a Resourcer or a s Trainee Recruitment Consultant in ANY sector of recruitment, however successful candidates working in the commercial sector will be of particular interest. Whilst being a Recruitment Consultant is always about sales, this company prefers to take a more consultative approach to relationship building and business development, therefore the loud/noisy \”RahRah\”sales approach would definitely NOT be right for them.

    You should be a dynamic self starter, enthusiastic, determined and would like the opportunity to be the architect of your own career.
