Key Responsibilities:

- Source and headhunt exceptional candidates across various sales and marketing disciplines, including: B2B and B2C Sales Roles, Marketing Strategy Positions, Digital Marketing Specialists, Brand Management Professionals, Sales Development Representatives, Marketing Communications Experts
- Perform comprehensive candidate assessments and interviews
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client briefing to successful placement
