The Role: We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a team and source top-tier IT professionals for transformative public sector projects across these critical national infrastructure areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and place IT professionals for ongoing projects in government, police, defence, and healthcare sectors
- Develop networks of high-calibre professionals specializing in technological change and maintenance
- Conduct targeted candidate sourcing across public sector IT specialisms
- Build relationships with key clients in government departments, law enforcement, defence organizations, and healthcare trusts
- Manage & deliver full recruitment lifecycle for complex technological projects
- Understand technological requirements across government, police, defence, and healthcare sectors
- Meet monthly recruitment targets and KPIs
