Role Overview

As a dedicated HR Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of HR market trends and talent pools

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years\’ experience in HR recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successful permanent placements
• Strong networker with a proactive approach
• Advanced knowledge of HR sector dynamics and role specifications
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
• Experience of managing both candidates and clients and guiding them through the recruitment process
