Key Responsibilities
- Source and place top-tier finance and accounting professionals across the German market
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct full 360-degree recruitment cycle, including business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Meet and exceed monthly billing targets
- Maintain comprehensive candidate and client databases
Requirements
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
- Minimum 12 months recruitment experience in a 360-billing role
