The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop and manage client relationships while building your own candidate network within the Risk and Compliance space. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting mandates across:
- Regulatory Compliance

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients across the financial services sector
- Source and headhunt high-calibre candidates for specialist roles
- Provide consultative hiring solutions to clients
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job qualification to placement
- Develop deep market knowledge in Risk and Compliance
