The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop and manage client relationships while building your own candidate network within the Risk and Compliance space. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting mandates across:

  • Regulatory Compliance

  • Regulatory Change & Implementation

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients across the financial services sector
  • Source and headhunt high-calibre candidates for specialist roles
  • Provide consultative hiring solutions to clients
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job qualification to placement
