Role Responsibilities
- Build and develop a strong network of high‑calibre finance and accounting professionals
- Conduct in‑depth candidate sourcing and screening for commercial finance positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the finance and commercial sectors
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate identification to final placement
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Prepare candidate shortlists and support clients through the interview and selection process
