Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with both client organisations and exceptional candidates in the digital and marketing space
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and organisational cultures
- Source, screen, and headhunt high-calibre candidates for roles in digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, PPC, and emerging digital disciplines
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing to successful placement
- Consistently exceed monthly billing and placement targets
- Leverage both traditional and innovative recruitment channels, including social media, professional networks, and targeted outreach
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in digital, marketing, or creative sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
