About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both client organisations and exceptional candidates in the digital and marketing space
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and organisational cultures
  • Source, screen, and headhunt high-calibre candidates for roles in digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, PPC, and emerging digital disciplines
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing to successful placement
  • Consistently exceed monthly billing and placement targets
  • Leverage both traditional and innovative recruitment channels, including social media, professional networks, and targeted outreach
