About the Role:
We are looking for a driven recruitment consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine love for connecting top-tier digital and marketing talent with innovative businesses. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both client organisations and exceptional candidates in the digital and marketing space
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and organisational cultures
- Source, screen, and headhunt high-calibre candidates for roles in digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, PPC, and emerging digital disciplines
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing to successful placement
- Consistently exceed monthly billing and placement targets
- Leverage both traditional and innovative recruitment channels, including social media, professional networks, and targeted outreach
