About the Role
We are seeking an experienced 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic construction recruitment agency, specializing in infrastructure and built environment sectors across the North West.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver full-cycle recruitment services for Tier 1 construction firms
Conduct business development and expand client relationships
Source and attract top-tier construction industry talent
Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments
Manage both interim and permanent vacancy placements
Build and maintain a robust network of industry professionals
Requirements
Proven experience as a 360 billing recruitment consultant in the construction sector
Strong track record of successful interim or permanent placements
Excellent communication and networking skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Experience working with infrastructure and built environment clients
