Our dynamic recruitment agency client is seeking an exceptional Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team! The client focuses on commercial and industry finance roles, with a reputation for excellence in matching exceptional finance professionals with innovative businesses across the region.
Role Focus:
- Transaction-level roles for early-career finance professionals
- Part-qualified accounting positions
- Senior-qualified roles for experienced finance specialists
- Commercial finance positions across various industry sectors
Role Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a strong network of high-calibre finance and accounting professionals
- Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing and screening for commercial finance positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the finance and commercial sectors
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate identification to final placement
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Prepare candidate shortlists and support clients through the interview and selection process
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and placement targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases and client records
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within finance and accounting sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
