We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our small team to generate business for an EDUCATION RECRUITMENT CRM.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education recruitment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns and strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Work closely with the development team to provide valuable feedback from clients and contribute to product improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with current clients, gain feedback and identify areas of improvement.
  • Lead TEAMS meetings with the goal of providing in-depth product DEMO’s and answering questions from clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the software or tech industry OR within the field of Education recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
