Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a background in Robotics and Autonomy? We are a thriving recruitment agency specializing in placing professionals in this cutting-edge field across Europe, and we are looking for a driven consultant to join our growing team in Manchester.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, recruiting professionals who are creating machines that can sense, decide, and act independently in dynamic environments. You will be connecting talent with organizations developing robots that move beyond simple programming to self-govern and adapt using AI, machine learning, and advanced sensor technology.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and engaging top-tier candidates in robotics engineering, autonomous systems, AI integration, and related disciplines, to building lasting relationships with clients across multiple territories. While there is some cold outreach involved, the majority of new business comes through our dedicated lead generation activity, allowing you to focus on what you do best – recruiting.
You will also have the opportunity to attend international trade fairs and events, conduct client visits, and truly immerse yourself in this specialist market.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within Robotics, Autonomy, AI, or related technology sectors but other sectors are also welcome.
- Experience of working the European market an advantage.
- A strong track record of delivering results and building candidate and client relationships.
- Confident in business development and comfortable with some cold outreach activity.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
