We are an established professional services recruitment agency seeking an exceptional Recruitment Director to lead, develop and significantly expand our US Wealth Management division. This is a critical hire as we execute ambitious growth plans to scale from our current team to 20+ heads over the next two years. The Role
- Leading by example – driving significant individual billing through new business development and client acquisition
- Building and scaling the team – recruiting, developing and managing consultants as we expand to 20 heads
- Expanding market presence – establishing the division as the go-to partner for US wealth management recruitment
- Strategic client development – focusing on private equity-backed businesses, portfolio companies, private credit firms and investment banks
- Delivering multiple recruitment solutions – retained search, research projects, and deposit-led assignments
