Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office) | Sector: US Private Equity & Investment Banking
Are you an experienced recruiter with a hunger for high-value markets and the drive to build something genuinely lucrative? We are a well-established London recruitment agency — now in our seventh year of trading — and we are looking for an ambitious consultant to take ownership of our US private equity and investment banking desk.
We already have strong, active relationships with some of the US's leading investment banks, so you won’t be starting from scratch. But this role is for someone who wants to grow, not just maintain. You will be developing new client relationships across the US PE and IB markets, deepening existing ones, and building a desk you can be proud of — and well rewarded for.
What the role involves:
You will be focused on both business development and relationship management within the US private equity and investment banking markets. This is a transatlantic desk operated out of London, giving you the unique advantage of working across time zones with some of the world’s most prestigious financial institutions. This is a 360 role, and the expectation is that you bring energy, commercial instinct, and a real appetite to win. Commission up to 30%. That’s not a typo. If you’re money-motivated — and we hope you are — the earning potential here is exceptional.
Who we’re looking for:
You’re experienced in recruitment and you’re ready for a market that rewards those who put the work in. You’re ambitious, personable, and approachable — the kind of person clients enjoy talking to and candidates trust. You’re driven, enthusiastic, and you wake up genuinely hungry for the next opportunity. You communicate with confidence and clarity, and you don’t need to be pushed.
What’s on offer:
Beyond the commission structure, we’ve built a benefits package that reflects how much we value our people. You’ll receive private medical cover, discounted gym membership, monthly lunch clubs, an annual company trip, enhanced parental leave, and dedicated individual learning and development support. Flexible and hybrid working means three days in our London office and the rest on your terms.
This is a role for someone ready to make serious money in a serious market. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
How to Apply:
Equal Opportunities Employer: We welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.
