The Role
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and placing exceptional security talent into sensitive, high-stakes roles. This involves building relationships with candidates from military, police and specialist security backgrounds, understanding complex client requirements, and delivering recruitment solutions where discretion and quality are paramount. Occasional overseas travel will be required to support clients at high-profile events and exhibitions.
