We're working with a well-respected recruitment business in Liverpool who are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. Specialising in Business Support roles across Merseyside, you'll be working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative environment that genuinely values work-life balance.
About the Role:
You’ll be managing the full recruitment cycle within the Business Support sector, working with a diverse range of businesses across Merseyside. From business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing and placement, you’ll have the autonomy to build and develop your own desk whilst benefiting from the support of an experienced team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 12 months' experience as a full 360 billing recruitment consultant
- Proven track record of successful placements and business development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ideally experience within Business Support or Professional Services recruitment (though not essential)
