The Role
As a specialist of In-House Legal Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of our strategic talent acquisition efforts, driving growth and excellence in our UK market segment. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated recruitment professional to lead and expand our in-house legal recruitment practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients across the UK Market
- Lead the strategic sourcing and placement of high-caliber legal professionals
- Leverage our existing comprehensive CRM system to identify and engage top talent
- Manage inbound business opportunities, with approximately 50% of new business generated through existing channels
- Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals and corporate clients
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants
- Drive revenue growth and meet ambitious business targets
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an exceptional recruitment consultant who demonstrates:
- Proven track record in legal recruitment, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Deep understanding of the legal recruitment market across the UK
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
