The Opportunity

We\’re seeking an ambitious 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Manchester city centre. As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you\’ll work with some of the North West\’s most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market.

Your Role

  • Full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle ownership
  • Business development and account management with key clients
  • Candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
  • Market mapping and headhunting of passive candidates
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • What You\’ll Need

  • Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year) or relevant sales experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Resilient and target-driven approach
  • Knowledge of the finance sector (desirable)
