The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious 360 Billing Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Lancaster. As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you will work with some of the North's most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market.
Your Role
- Full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle ownership
- Business development and account management with key clients
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
- Market mapping and headhunting of passive candidates
- Negotiating terms and closing deals
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
What You'll Need
- Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year) or relevant recruitment sales experience
- Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Resilient and target-driven approach
- Knowledge of the Legal sector (desirable)
- A positive can-do attitude
