The Role
As a Technical Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and develop relationships with our existing client base while identifying new opportunities for growth. You'll be working with engineering professionals across:
- Domestic and Commercial Heating
- Ventilation Systems
- Air Conditioning
- Renewable Energy Technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical engineering positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop new business opportunities within the HVAC and renewables sector
- Source and headhunt top engineering talent
- Provide consultation to clients on market conditions and recruitment strategies
- Meet and exceed performance targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within technical or engineering sectors
- Strong track record of delivering results and meeting targets
