Are you a driven recruiter ready to specialise in one of the most exciting and fast-growing sectors in the world? We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our established and high-performing team in the heart of Leeds, placing specialist software engineers into the global iGaming industry.

About Us

We're a well-respected recruitment agency with a strong foothold in the iGaming sector, connecting some of the industry's leading businesses with the software engineering talent they need to stay ahead. From Java and Python to Scala, Kotlin, Go, Ruby, PHP and beyond, we specialise in sourcing the hard-to-find technical talent that other agencies simply can't find. Our Leeds city centre office has been carefully designed to give our team a workspace they genuinely love coming into — modern, collaborative, and built around a culture of success.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant on our tech desk, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across both permanent and contract placements. You'll build lasting relationships with clients ranging from fast-growing iGaming startups to established global operators, while developing a strong candidate network of specialist software engineers who are rarely found on a job board. Day to day you'll be headhunting and engaging passive candidates with niche technical skill sets, developing and growing client relationships through business development activity, managing the end-to-end placement process for both perm and contract roles, and staying ahead of market trends across the iGaming and broader tech landscape.

What We're Looking For

You’ll ideally have some recruitment experience, whether that’s in tech, gaming, or another sector entirely — what matters most is your hunger to succeed and your ability to build genuine relationships. A passion for sales, a consultative approach, and the resilience to thrive in a specialist market will set you apart. Experience recruiting for software engineering roles or within the iGaming industry would be a bonus, but it’s not essential. We’ll give you the training, tools, and support to become a true specialist.

What’s In It For You

We believe that great results deserve great rewards. That’s why we offer a highly competitive basic salary, an industry-leading commission structure with uncapped earning potential, regular incentives, competitions and rewards for top performers, team and individual target bonuses, a stunning city centre office environment, and clear career progression within a growing business.

How to Apply

If you are ready for the next stage of your recruitment career, contact Barrie Dewhirst in the strictest confidence.

Equal Opportunities Employer: We welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.
