The Role
As a Finance & Accounting Recruitment Consultant, you'll partner with leading businesses across Leeds and Yorkshire to place finance professionals from newly qualified accountants to senior finance leaders. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building and maintaining lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of finance and accounting candidates through headhunting, networking, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies across various sectors
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job qualification to offer negotiation
- Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets through permanent and interim placements
- Contribute to business development initiatives to expand our client base
- Stay current with market trends in finance and accounting recruitment
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience in a professional services sector
- Strong commercial acumen and new business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Results-driven mindset with high levels of self-motivation
- Resilient and adaptable approach to work
- Graduate degree preferred but not essential
