With our continued growth and expansion in the SAP market, we are looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
As our SAP Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for growing and managing our SAP recruitment division, working with prestigious clients across the UK to place permanent and contract SAP professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the SAP ecosystem
- Source and headhunt high-caliber SAP professionals across various modules
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job qualification to placement
- Build and maintain a strong network within the SAP community
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand market knowledge
- Create and execute targeted business development strategies
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our CRM system
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in technology recruitment, specifically within the SAP market
- Deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and market trends
- Strong track record of placing SAP professionals in permanent and/or contract roles
- Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work towards and exceed targets
- Experience using recruitment CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Previous hands-on experience with SAP or technical background
- Established network of SAP professionals and clients
- Knowledge of the UK technology market
- Experience in running recruitment campaigns for large-scale SAP projects
