The Role
As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level tech positions, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
·Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the tech sector
·Source high-calibre candidates through various channels including networking, headhunting, and referrals
·Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement and aftercare
·Hit and exceed revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
·Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
·Stay current with tech industry trends and market movements
Required Experience & Skills
·Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably within IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security or Software Development roles
·Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding billing targets
·Strong network within the the technology industry
·Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
·Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
·Commercial acumen and business development capabilities
·CRM proficiency and strong database management skills

·Competitive base salary £25,000 – £40,000 (higher for proven high achievers)
·Uncapped commission structure with OTE £50,000 – £80,000
