Are you a seasoned technology recruiter looking to advance your career with one of London\’s most respected recruitment agencies? We\’re seeking an experienced IT recruitment consultant to join our dynamic team.

About Us: We specialise in placing top-tier talent across the technology sector, working with leading organisations from innovative startups to FTSE 100 companies. Our expertise spans multiple IT domains including Data Analytics, Product Development, ERP Systems, IT Risk Management, DevOps, and Infrastructure.

The Role: As a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates across our key technology verticals. You\’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise in specific technical domains while contributing to our agency\’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives
  • Source and engage with high-calibre technology professionals through various channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial client brief to successful placement
  • Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Keep abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks across the technology sector

    • Requirements:

  • Proven track record in technology recruitment with at least 3 years of experience
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships in the IT sector
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements across various IT disciplines
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to spot and develop new business opportunities
  • Experience using recruitment CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
