The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level insurance positions, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance sector
  • Source high-calibre candidates through various channels including networking, headhunting, and referrals
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement and aftercare
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development

  • Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably within insurance or other financial services sectors
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding billing targets

  • Competitive base salary Β£40,000 – Β£60,000 (higher for proven high achievers)
