We are a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in placing Human Resource professionals across the South West. With a strong client base and excellent reputation, we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our expanding team.
The Role
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients across Bristol and the South West
- Sourcing high-calibre HR professionals from entry-level to senior positions
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job registration to placement
- Building your own client portfolio through business development activities
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales or recruitment experience (HR sector experience advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen and business development capability
- Resilience and determination to succeed
- Target-driven mentality with a track record of achieving results
- Graduate degree preferred but not essential
