We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our financial services recruitment agency in London, with a specialized focus on pensions & investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and place top pensions & investment talent across pension, banking sectors and investment houses.
- Execute full 360-degree recruitment cycle.
- Develop strategic relationships with financial services clients.
- Build targeted candidate networks in pensions & investment.
- Consistently achieve billing and placement targets.
- Develop and nurture new and existing business relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in financial services recruitment.
