The Role
As a Finance & Accounting Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients across Cheshire and the North West
- Sourcing high-calibre finance professionals from entry-level to senior positions
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job registration to placement
- Building your own client portfolio through business development activities
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
What Weβre Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong sales or recruitment experience (finance sector experience advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen and business development capability
- Resilience and determination to succeed
- Target-driven mentality with a track record of achieving results
- Graduate degree preferred but not essential
