The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant ontheircybersecurity/SAAS desk, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the cybersecurity/SAAS sector.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging this knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Work closely with the team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Contribute to the growth of the desk by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
