Experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant – Sutton Coldfield

Up to Β£35,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission OTE Β£60,000 – Β£80,000

About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships across the Midlands while building a reliable pool of skilled construction contractors and trades people. This is a 360-degree role where you\’ll handle both business development and candidate management, as well as getting out on site and meeting new clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your days will be dynamic and varied, including:

  • Developing new business relationships with construction firms across the region
  • Managing and growing existing client accounts
  • Sourcing and screening qualified construction contractors
