About the Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships across Hertfordshire and Essex while building a reliable pool of skilled construction contractors. This is a 360-degree role where you\’ll handle both business development and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
Your days will be dynamic and varied, including :
- Developing new business relationships with construction firms across the region
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
