Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the travel & hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the travel & hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors.
