The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Search Consultant to join our Newcastle office, focusing on senior appointments within supply chain and manufacturing across the UK. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the future of British industry by identifying and placing exceptional leadership talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior executives across the manufacturing and supply chain sectors
- Lead end-to-end executive search processes for positions including Operations Directors, Supply Chain Directors, Chief Operating Officers, and other senior leadership roles
- Build and nurture a network of high-caliber candidates through proactive market mapping and relationship development
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on organizational design, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies
- Generate new business opportunities through market insight and relationship building
- Collaborate with our global offices to leverage international talent pools and cross-border opportunities
Required Experience & Qualities
- Proven track record in executive search, with specific exposure to manufacturing and/or supply chain sectors
- Deep understanding of the UK manufacturing landscape and its talent market
- Strong commercial acumen and proven business development capabilities
- Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Graduate degree from a respected institution
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive search or senior industry experience in manufacturing/supply chain
