Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant with a proven track record in senior-level placements, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the household & hygiene sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the household & hygiene sector
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
- Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to leadership roles
- Create candidate briefs and market mapping reports
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to placement
- Contribute to business development and client acquisition
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment
- Proven success in senior placements, preferably in household & hygiene
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
