Role Overview They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the engineering & manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the engineering & manufacturing sector. Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers. Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to leadership roles in engineering & manufacturing. Develop candidate briefs and market mapping reports. Manage the full recruitment process, from client briefing to placement. Contribute to business development and client acquisition. Collaborate with team members to achieve targets. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment. Proven success in senior placements, especially in engineering & manufacturing. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends. Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience. Proficiency with recruitment technologies and candidate management systems. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of engineering & manufacturing industries. Experience working with organizations in these sectors. Experience selling retained search solutions.
