Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for energy sector clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
