Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for energy sector clients
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
- Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling for leadership roles
- Create candidate briefs and market mapping reports
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to placement
- Assist in business development and acquiring new energy clients
